Additionally, I identify positive and negative impacts on wellness and, as appropriate, seek assistance from available resources.

For example, in my discussion of the "Student Driven" and "Ethic of Care" models, I am able to show how a focus on student development, and different aspects of student development (such as leadership) occurs in different ways on different campuses.
