Directly supervised and evaluated the performance of a staff of 9 Resident Assistants (RAs)

Collaborated with front desk operations staff, custodial staff, dining staff, and maintenance staff to ensure the

smooth overall operation of McNutt Residence Center, which houses over 1,300 students

Advised student staff committees in the completion of building-wide special projects, such as a custodial staff

safe and supportive living environment

Instructed “Foundations of Residential Leadership,” a course required as a component of the RA application process

centered around student identity development, leadership skill-building, and inclusionary practices

Volunteered on RA Recruitment, Selection, and Training Committee, Graduate Staff Advisory Group, Curriculum

Committee, and Conduct and Care Committee to implement initiatives which improved the experiences of students,

student staff members, and full-time staff members

Served in an emergency on-call duty rotation

Managed RA programming budgets by filing purchase request forms and monitoring in-center spending
